Richard L. Goor

Mr. Goor received his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1978 and his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1981. Mr. Goor is a partner with Spile, Leff & Goor, LLP in Encino, CA. He is adept at using his litigation and alternative dispute resolution skills in serving the various facets of the real estate industry.

For over three decades, Mr. Goor has successfully defended real estate brokers/agents, appraisers, inspectors, attorneys, physicians, and other professionals in complex malpractice claims. Mr. Goor, along with other members of his firm, has extensive real estate and business transactional experience.

Mr. Goor has been a speaker at many seminars and meetings in Southern California, including real estate brokerages and conferences, as well as local chapters of both real estate brokers, boards and appraisers.

Mr. Goor is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona and raised in San Diego, CA before moving to Los Angeles in 1974.
