Andrew Leff has more than twenty years experience as a litigator. Andy is recognized, nationwide, as one of the preeminent legal minds in the real estate field. He has an encyclopedic mastery of the laws, regulations and practice standards which govern real estate professionals, including: real estate brokers and agents; escrow companies and officers; mortgage brokers; appraisers; and home inspectors. Andy uses his expertise to successfully represent clients in pre-suit, litigation and appellate matters. In addition, Andy offers extensive risk management services through articles, seminars and private consultations.
Andy lives in Calabasas with his wife, Shellie, two daughters and two cocker spaniels. When away from the office, Andy enjoys watching his daughters, Rebecca and Jennifer, compete in soccer, hurdles, cross-country and a host of other events. Not to be outdone, Andy also spends a considerable amount of time on the soccer field—as a referee. Andy has served as president of his homeowners’ association for many years. He has also advocated home ownership issues in front of local city council.
