Steven Spile has completed extensive training at the highly regarded Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.  He serves as a private mediator and also serves on the mediation panels of the local courts and various professional associations.  He brings to the mediation process a natural talent for identifying the core issues which tend to be impediments to resolution.
